HIMACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION(HPPSC) has invited applications on the OMR computerized application forms from the eligible and desirous Indian citizens for admission to the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service(HAS) Combined competitive (Preliminary) Examination followed by Main written examination and viva-voce test for recruitment to the posts/services to be filled in on the basis of H.P.A.S. Combined Competitive Examination, 2009.

The details of the posts/services is as under: -

1. Eight vacancies of Himachal Police Service, Class-I (Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs.7880-13500/- (Pre-revised). Out of these, 02 vacancies are reserved for Scheduled Caste (S.C.) candidates of H.P. and 01 each is reserved for Scheduled Tribe (S.T.), Other Backward Classes (O.B.C.) & General Ex-servicemen (X-Man) candidates of H.P.

2. Three vacancies of Excise and Taxation officer Class-I (Gazetted), in the pay band of Rs.10300-34800/- + Grade pay Rs.4400/-. One vacancy is reserved for the Other Backward Classes ( OBC) candidates of H.P.

3. Two vacancies of Treasury Officers, Class-II (Gazetted), in the pay scale of Rs.7000-10980/-(Pre-revised). One vacancy is reserved for OBC candidates of H.P.

4. One vacancy of Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Class-II (Gazetted), in the pay scale of Rs.7000-10980/-(Pre-revised) reserved for Blind candidates of H.P.

Data Entry Operator /Lab Instructor		Graduate with Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Applications  (PGDCA) / DOEACC ‘O’ Level Or 10+2 with diploma in computers/ DOEACC ‘O’ Level and typing speed of 30WPM in English  /25 WPM in Hindi and one year experience	Rs. 4500/-

Note: The Qualification of the candidates must be from recognized University/Institution.   Higher salary can be offered to the candidates depending upon qualifications and experience. 1. Assistant Manager (F&B)
Essential Qualification / Experience: B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/University. (OR( MBA/Master of Tourism Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/university. Age between 18 to 45 years.

2 .Assistant. Manager (HK)

5. Trainee (Reception)
Essential Qualification / Experience: Graduation in any stream and should have passed Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operation and Management from a recognized institute, preferably from an institute recognized by NCHMCT. Age between 18 to 45 years.

6. Trainee (Housekeeping)
Essential Qualification / Experience: 10+2 or equivalent with 1 ½ years Diploma in Housekeeping from a recognized Institute. Age between 18 to 45 years.
